Mr. Dane received his B.S. (Physics) and B.A. (Psychology) in 1993 from the University of California, Irvine, and his M.S. (Information and Computer Science) in 1999 from the University of Hawaii, Manoa. After a decade of working in the software development industry for commercial, educational, and scientific clients, he received his J.D., Magna cum laude, from the William S. Richardson School of Law at the University of Hawaii.
