Don Jeffrey Gelber
Mr. Gelber received his bachelor's and law degrees from Stanford University in 1961 and 1963, respectively. He practices predominantly in the fields of corporate reorganizations, business bankruptcy, and federal litigation, including complex litigation involving securities fraud and multi-district litigation. He has represented a major party in almost every major business bankruptcy case in Hawaii over the last 30 years. Mr. Gelber has also represented parties in proceedings in California and Guam, and has served at various times as Special Counsel for the State of Hawaii. Stephen M. Gelber
Mr. Stephen Gelber received his A.B. degree magna cum laude from Harvard College in 1966, at which time he was elected to Phi Beta Kappa. He received his J.D. in 1969 from Harvard Law School. From 1969-1970, he was a Fulbright Fellow and Lecturer in Law at Victoria University in Wellington, New Zealand. Richard K. Ingersoll
Mr. Ingersoll received a B.B.A degree from the University of Michigan in 1966, and a J.D., in 1969, from the Boalt Hall School of Law, University of California, Berkeley. From 1969-1970, he served as an Assistant Professor at the University of Illinois. Thomas R. Daniel
Mr. Daniel has practiced business law in Hawaii since 1985, representing small, medium-sized, and large companies and individuals, and their counsel, in planning, investing, and doing business in Hawaii. Jonathan B. Gelber
Mr. Jonathan Gelber received his B.A. degree from the University of Hawaii in 1994 and his J.D. degree from the William S. Richardson School of Law at the University of Hawaii in 1998. He joined Gelber, Gelber & Ingersoll in 1998. Mr. Gelber practices in the areas of civil litigation, business law, and bankruptcy law, with a particular focus on debtor-creditor law and landlord-tenant matters. Joseph A. Dane
Mr. Dane received his B.S. (Physics) and B.A. (Psychology) in 1993 from the University of California, Irvine, and his M.S. (Information and Computer Science) in 1999 from the University of Hawaii, Manoa. After a decade of working in the software development industry for commercial, educational, and scientific clients, he received his J.D., Magna cum laude, from the William S.
